Terms and conditions
Interior Design Clarity Session · valid from 30 October 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to all bookings of the Interior Design Clarity Session ("Session") between Imen Sellami ("I", "me") and you as a client. Deviating terms of the client do not apply unless I agree in writing.
2. The service
The Session is a 60-minute 1:1 online consultation via Google Meet on a specific question about one room, for example layout, lighting, colour, storage or a second opinion before a purchase. It includes:
- Review of your questionnaire, photos and floor plan before the call.
- The 60-minute call, including an AI-generated visualisation of the proposed idea.
- A written summary with recommendations, product inspiration and next steps, sent by email within 48 hours after the call.
The Session does not include a complete design concept, technical drawings, construction or electrical planning, or project management.
3. Booking, contract and payment
You book a time slot through my online booking page and pay at the time of booking via Stripe. The contract is concluded when you complete the booking and payment and receive the booking confirmation by email. Appointments must be booked at least 6 days in advance.
4. Prices
All prices are final prices including 19 % German VAT. The launch price of EUR 250 applies to the first 10 bookings; after that, the regular price of EUR 350 applies. The price shown at the time of your booking is binding. You will receive an invoice by email after payment.
5. Your responsibilities
Please submit the completed questionnaire, photos, floor plan and measurements of furniture you want to keep no later than 72 hours before the appointment. If documents are missing 72 hours before the appointment, I will reschedule the Session with you.
6. Rescheduling and missed appointments
You can reschedule once free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. If you do not attend a booked appointment without notice, or cancel less than 48 hours before it, the Session counts as delivered and the fee is not refunded. If I have to cancel, you can choose a new date or receive a full refund. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
7. Nature of the advice and AI visualisation
My recommendations are design suggestions. The AI visualisation illustrates a direction and mood; it is not to scale and does not show exact products, dimensions or colours. Before buying or installing anything, please check measurements, suitability and safety yourself, for example wall mounting or load capacity. Electrical, plumbing or structural work must be carried out by qualified professionals. Product prices and availability are set by third-party retailers and may change.
8. Product recommendations and affiliate links
Some product links I share may be affiliate links. If you buy through them, I may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. My recommendations are based on suitability for your room, not on commissions.
9. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. See Right of withdrawal.
10. Liability
I am liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, I am only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible and on which you may regularly rely), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability under mandatory statutory provisions remains unaffected.
11. Copyright and use of results
The written summary and visualisation are for your private use. Passing them on to third parties for commercial use or publishing them requires my consent. I will only use photos of your home or before/after images publicly if you have given me your separate, voluntary consent.
12. Data protection
Details are in the privacy policy.
13. Final provisions
The contract language is English. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
